Border is cut off when printing

I set up a page border, and it appears on screen but gets partially cut off
at the bottom when printing. I've tried reducing the bottom page margin as
well as increasing the distance from edge in the border set up. Neither makes
a difference. How do I get around this?

I attempted changing the margins already. Before I do anything I create a
new file and add my border either the bottom or the left border is always cut
off depending on whether my page is landscape or not.

Read the article again. It is not the margins you need to change but the
border settings (from "Edge of Page" to "Text").

couldnt figure it out either, i found just inserting a rectangle, right
clicking on it and changing it to transparent was a lot easier and less hassle
