Border Offsets

I upgraded to from Publisher 2000 to 2003. I now can not
figure out how to create borders around photo frames that
are slightly offset leaving empty space between the photo
and the border. I was able to do this in 2000. When I
open up archived files created in 2000, the offset has
been lost in 2003. Did Microsoft delete this ability? The
only workaround is to create another hidden box with a
border behind the photo that is slightly larger.

Ron Microsoft decided you no longer needed such useful options and removed
them.

On the Picture toolbar, click Crop and drag the handles out slightly on each
side.
