border on an oval picture

does anyone know how to add a border art to an oval
picture or in an oval shape? i am having no trouble with
square pics but can't get the oval. i'd appreciate any
info, thanks.

a) This is a really stupid thing to do. It doesn't even work in a
newsreader such as Outlook Express.
b) Your question has been answered. You CANNOT add BorderArt to anything
other than a rectangular object.
