border on the left of new messages

An annoying compass border is on the left of all
new composed messages. How can I get rid of it?

Tools, Options, Mail Format, Stationary and Fonts, Personal Stationary,
Theme, change it to No Theme.

Sounds like a stationary. What version of Outlook are you using?
