border option missing

I'm trying to add a border to a page. Unfortunately that option is missing
from the Format drop down list? Where did it go??

What APPLICATION; WORD, PUBLISHER, EXCEL, etc.? It would depend on which one
you are talking about.

Hi Kalmatt,

In the Format=>Borders and Shading
dialog there should be a 'Page Borders' tab in Word 2003.
