Border Picture

You must save it as transparent GIF image, and then import, then insert on your page.

Thomas I tried that, but the background still does not show through. It seems
to me that I somehow used "move to back" as some function in FP. Any other
thoughts?

JPG's don't have a transparency option (also known as an alpha channel). PNG
graphics do, but they aren't widely supported in web browsers except the
very latest ones. GIF's have a transparency channel but they are also
limited to 256 colors in the pallette. You'll need to use a graphics program
to save the JPG in another format. Don't use the graphics functionality
built into FP, the algorithms aren't as good and the pictures often end up
looking a lot less clear.

Hope this helps,

Thanks everyone. I did find what I did. I used "set transparent color" to set
the white background as transparent and that worked fine. Oh what a shame
when your memory goes!!!
