Borders won't print

Although they show up in print preview, the cell borders on a document are
not printing. Found nothing in the Help files.
Ti G4 400, OS 10.3, Office X, Excel Service Release 1.

First, please consider updating with updates 10.1.4 and 10.1.5 at
MacTopia downloads:

http://www.microsoft.com/mac/downloads.aspx

Second - are you talking about borders you've applied, or the
gridlines? If Gridlines, choose File/Page Setup/Sheet and check the
Print Gridline checkbox. If borders, try increasing their width -
some printer drivers won't print lines that are much less than 1 pt.
