You can't add to the Border Art options available (at least not in Word;
Publisher does allow you to do this), but you can create a page border by
hand. It's quite tedious, but it can be done. Find a clip art 8 (more
colorful and attractive than text and easier to place) or create a WordArt
object, then duplicate it and use Word's Align and Distribute tools to line
the copies up in a rectangle (it helps to create a rectangular AutoShape to
serve as a guide; delete it after you've arranged and grouped the objects).
