Both recall success and failure received back.

The user gets back both "recall success" and "recall failure" when asking to
recall a message (OL2003). He is not asking for delivery receipt, and it
happens whether or not he asks to replace the original. Any thoughts? Thanks

Message recall is unreliable.

What do I do if a message I attempted to recall continues to notify me that
the recall is a failure. It has sent me 30 emails from the same person
stating that the recall was a failure?
