Bought Visio key, but cannot convert trial edition

I bought a Visio key for the Pro edition and need to unlock my trial copy,
but when I use the conversion dialog, it:
1. Prompts me to enter my key
2. Marks the key as valid
3. Goes through a short "installing" dialog
4. Tells me to restart Visio to unlock features
and...
5. Is still in the locked state after a restart.

I don't get any error messages and I can't use the product. Any ideas? I'm
at wit's end.

Seth have you reviewed this KB article? If this does not work you may have
the wrong type of key.
