Lost Soul

I've got an Outlook user that is interested in redirecting all bounce
messages/NDRs to a specific folder. Is there any way to set up a server-side
rule to do that?

If they are using Exchange server and the location they want to move these
messages to is located in their mailbox then you should be able to setup a
rule that looks for either certain words in the subject or body of the
message to determine it is an NDR. I am not sure of any other way to
accomplish this task.
