Bound control content doesn't display on next/previous record

I have written an app that writes fine to the db, but when I read next
record, previous record (via docmd), the contents of the bound control do not
display. The record cursor does move, as my subform displays correctly, but
the bound controls on the main form do not display - only show null/blank.

Any ideas as to what I should check?

Any help is appreciated.!
