Bound Frames

Hello,

I've got an Image file type on my SQL database that is a
stored binary word document. I would like to open the file
in a bound frame in Access without leaving Access. Right
now, When I open the image field, Word Opens and I can
edit the document, save it and then commit the changes to
the database, but all of this happens outside of Access. I
want the bound frame to hold each occurrance of a document
for each record. Is it possible to do all of the edit
inside of the bound frame?
