Boundaries

I am making a booklet using publisher but the "boundaries"
(those annoying pink and blue lines) really limit the
space I can use. Is there a way to change or remove the
boundaries?

They don't limit you. The blue lines indicate where you have set the margins.
To change them, go to the Arrange menu and select Layout Guides.

PS: You can turn off the display of the guides on the view menu, or with
CTRL+SHIFT+O
