BPMN Template?

Where can I find a BPMN Template for Visio.

If I find a new template is there any way of converting an existing Visio
flowchart to the new format without rebuilding the entire flowchart?

There is a Visio stencil for BPMN at http://www.bpmn.org/documents.htm, but
from the notation, it appears that it can not be automated. The BPMN is far
more detailed than a standard flowchart in Visio.
