Break tracker

Hi,
i would like to create a break tracker using excel or access (macros). is
there any ways to create a lunch and tea break tracker using excel or access,
and it should be run automatically when system is locked. and capture non
workable timings. so that i can track the exact working time. please help me
out.

Hi

Almost everyone who answers questions in this forum will be able to do this.

But

This sort of working time capture is not really the sort of thing that I
would do. Don't get me wrong, it is (as far as an access process is
concerned) very simple, but as far as your work college's working environment
is concerned, very difficult to justify.

Maybe someone else will be able to help but I doubt it.
