Bring all data by inputing an ID number

I have an excel spread sheet in which I have all my products with
measurement, prices, descriptions and ID number (among other data).
I need to make a new spread sheet where I can input just the ID number of
the products that I am requested and to bring automatically the information
written above from the other spreadsheet.
That is to make an excel spreadsheet to each client that request for
different products. It would be a Price form (that includes the items with
the information that the client is interested of).
How can I do that? I have tried a lot of formulas, but I think I don't
understand enough to make them work...or I am not using the right one!
Can you tell me what to do and how to write the right formula?
