bringing a PDF document into Word 2003

Are there urls with info on these questions?
If not would people be so kind to give some guidance?

Is it possible to bring a .pdf document into Word and preserve pages so
that an index will accurately show pages?

In creating an index, is it possible to use both a concordance and
highlighting of individual entries?

Is it possible in Word to create separately an author index and a topic
index?

The only way you can bring a .pdf document in to Word is if you have
the full version of Adobe Acrobat or some other software such as OCR
that will convert it for you.

If the PDF doc is not locked down with security, you can select all and
copy but that won't get you what you're looking for as to keeping the
pages. You need the full version of Adobe Acrobat to accomplish this
or some other PDF creating/editing software. (It does exist)
