Brochure for email and print

Hi

I need to design a brochure that can be sent over email but also
printed at 300 dpi to be sent out. I want to creat just one template
that can be used for this. I know that often times sending as email
body graphcis get compressed and messed up. Whats the best way to get
around this? picture formats? etc?
