Broken Help. Need help

Visual Basic Help no longer works on my installation of Access 2000. The
motorcycle man tried to fix it himself but failed. I tried Repairing Access
using Add/Remove Software but this did not solve the problem. I have
version SP3.

I need the Visual Basic Help. How can I get it back?
