Sending an email with a hyperlink to a Word file. Subheading is copied in
Word and then pasted into Outlook with Edit/Paste Hyperlink.
The link opens the Word file at the first page - not the heading (which is
page 30).
Tested in Outlook if Rich Text or HTML format made a difference. It did not.
