I have read many of the threads relating to similar problems, and have
followed the advice given, but the problem still occurs.
I have designed a branded email for the company I work for, which contains
the company logo and another which is hyperlinked to another site. Both the
images are stored in the stationery directory (as is the html file).
During testing I used the stationery and sent it to several colleagues home
email addresses, and everything was ok - including maintaining the images
when replying.
However I also sent it to a friend's work address (She works for a Large
High Street Bank) and she received the message but with the broken links.
Is the problem connected with Firewalls - Do they remove jpeg's from email's
automatically?
Any help would be gratefully received.
