Browse for File Name Control

I just know that there is a control or standard coding for
this somewhere, but I just cannot find it:

I need to import data from a file at run time. The
difficulty is that the file name is different each time
the procedure is run.
I can create a dialog for the user to enter the filename,
but I would also like to give her the capability to browse
for the file name.

Any ideas?
