I have a form with a textbox linked to a hyperlink field in a table so
I can drop jpegs into the field and record their path. When I add a
microsoft web browser control to the form I can no longer drop files
into the text box. If I disable the browser control, the functionality
returns. I also tried changing the "RegisterAsDropTarget" property of
the browser but it doesn't seem to have any effect.
This problem can be duplicated with new blank database, creating one
table with one hyperlink field and one form with one textbox linked to
the hyperlink field. Add a Microsoft web browser control and the drop
functionality of the textbox disappears.
Access 2003 SP2 on Windows XP SP2.
Any ideas?
