Browser-Enabled Infopath Forms on SharePoint

I've got Infopath document libraries in MOSS 2007 that are browser-enabled.
I can right-click on an existing form and edit it in a browser with no
problem. I can create a link to a new form and have that open in a browser
with no problem. But if I click the "New" button in the document library, it
opens in Infopath. I've gone into the advanced settings and checked "Display
as a Web page", and I've reset IIS, but clicking "New" still opens the
template in Infopath. Any suggestions?

Thanks,

I solved this by upgrading to the Enterprise version of MOSS 2007 rather than
the standard version. Still curious to know if there's a way to do this with
the standard version.
