Browser Window Settings

When I create a web site on my laptop it displays on my
browser beautifully. When I push the website out to my
hosted site, many people are viewing only in 800 x 600.
Is there a setting in FrontPage that will correctly view
the site for everyone?

No. You have to design it using tables set to % width or fixed pixel width
or via CSS.
