Browsing my co-worker Meeting availability in the Calendar

I have dozens of Macs over here using Entourage, not ONE can see co-worker Meeting availability in the Calendar. I notice that the PC's using Outlook have no problem. I am running the latest MS Office update (11.3.9) Any suggestions?

Make sure you have your public folder server set-up in your Exchange account
settings.

To verify your public folder server name:

1. Log in to Outlook for Windows with one of your user accounts.
2. Hold the Control key as you right-click the Outlook icon in the
System Tray near the clock.
3. Select the status option.
