Issue with Calendar/Meeting Requests Disappearing

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Processor: Intel Email Client: Exchange I have an Executive, they use Entourage with Web Services. The exec is running OS X 10.5.8. The exec has an assistant using Windows XP SP3, with Office 2007 (Outlook Email client).
the assistant is a delegate and has the executive's Inbox, Drafts, Calendar and Sent Items opened on their machine. The assitant also has three more executive's calendars opened on their machine.
The Exchange Server is 2007.
So the problem seems to be that the assistant creates a calendar or meeting request and the Calendar/meeting request will sometimes disappear (days Later some times) or it will not show up in Entourage/Outlook for some time. Though it shows up in OWA. Is there a way to resolve the problem? Anyone have a similar issue?
