Email Client: Exchange

Hi everyone,
I hope im posting in the right area if not please forgive me. The problem has to deal with a user whoses on a mac using Entourage 2008, he has an assistant with delegated rights to his profile. Our backend mail infastructure is Exchange 2003 Spk2 EE.So here is the problem

His assistant chances an occurence on his calendar from her machine and she is using Outlook 2003 spk3, the meeting occurence only involves her boss who is using entourage 2008 and another manager who is using outlook 2003 spk3, she needs to change the meeting times from 9am to 10am on all of the occurences.

She makes the change closes his calendar and the times revert back to 9am on the Entourage user but stays on the Outlook 2003 user. This has been happening to him every now and then on different meeting series.

Has anyone encounter this issue? If so please can someone help me out or point me in the right direction?

Thanks
Rich

Editing a series of events as a delegate in an Exchange Server 2003
environment is not supported with Entourage. Delegation support with
calendars is very limited.

Have a look at this article on Microsoft's website for more information:

Hope this helps!
