A big,fat problem!

If i could change one thing in this world it would be childhood obesity. I
would change this because I think it is sad to see. It makes me sad when i
see a over weight child. There is so many over weight children now days.

You could excercise to lose or stay in weight. You could eat healthier
foods. You could alsoteach your kids about it so that they wont become over
weight. You can help your friends and family by working out together or
eating healthy foods together.

Some excercises you could do is lift weights, run, walk, or jog.You should
excercise for at least 20 minutes a day. This will help you stay in weight.
You should do this at least three times a week. If you work out with a
friend this could help you do it easier and faster.

You could eat healthier foods like salads. You also need to stop eating fast
foods. Eat low fat and carb foods. Dont eat so much junk food and sweets. If
you eat less of sweets and junk it will help you lose weight.

Another thing is teach your kids about healthy foods to eat at a young age.
Almost 14% of 2 to 5 year olds are obese. Almost 33% of 20 to 74 year olds
are obese. We need to teach our kids about it earlier so they wont become
obese. This is the one thing I would change in the world.
