Budget Cost status

How do i create a custom enterprise field with graphical indicators that
would show the Cost variance between the Cost and Baseline field which then
be available as a field in the project summary view.

Although the example is specifically for Project Server 2003, all of the
required steps are very similar (if not intentical) in Project Server 2007.
Also, in the future, please tell us what version of Project Server you are
using. 2002, 2003, or 2007? Hope this helps.
