Budget - Need to have payments always calculated as negatives

In setting up budget calcs for next year, we want to have all the
credits/payments columns calculate and show as negative nbrs. Formatting
them to show as negative is easy. How do I set them to calculate as
negatives too?

If you calculate, use -Figure instead of Figure
