bug in Outlook 2003

Hello,

When we reboot our exchange 2000 server while Outlook 2003 clients are
connected, the outlook 2003 clients cannot connect to the exchange server
until it is rebooted a second time while Outlook 2000 clients have no
problems. When we click on Send/Receive, the progress window reports the
following:

Task 'Microsoft Exchange Server' reported error (0x8004011D): 'The server is
not available. Contact your administrator if this condition persists.'

This has happened a number of times. We have checked our Exhcnage server
for errors, and everything looks great. Restarting the services does not
help; we need to perform a full reboot without having Outlook 2003 open. We
do not experience this problem with Outlook 2000, only with Outlook 2003.

Does anyone have any other ideas as rebooting the exchange server is
disruptive to the business.

Thanks,
Shan McArthur
