Bug in Reverse Engineering SQL Server db with a unique index

Hopefully this will get to someone who needs to know.

There is a bug with reverse engineering/refreshing a model in Visio 2003
Professional using the Microsft SQL Server driver.

If you have a unique index on the table other than the primary key index, it
continues to reverse engineer as if it's new. Every time you refresh the
model, another Un is added to the model and the index of same name is added
to the Index list.
