Bug in viewing BCM Contacts "Find Now"?

In Outlook 2003 with BCM, when I go to "Business Contacts in BCM" and use
"Find Now" for something like a company (let's say I type in IBM), it brings
up several contacts but there are also some blank rows (white space) under
each name, where apparently certain fields are empty.

If you use right click > "Show Empty Fields" and then again use right click
(uncheck) "Show Empty Fields" it seems to correct this...it takes out the
Click to expand...
blank rows.

You can also click "Find Now" again (repeat the same Find), and that also
corrects it.

Is this a bug or is something set wrong in my settings?
