To Microsoft Groove development team:

Hey,
It seems like there is a vital bug in the chat tool (at least in the german
version):
The toggle between text and freehand mode is activated NOT by the keyboard
shortcut [CTRL-T] (as it is meant to be) but by the keyboard ("very short
cut") [T].

So every time, someone wants to enter a letter [T], the chat swiches to
freehand mode. This is a major bug, as [T] is a quite common letter (only in
this message about 50 occurances).

If this bug is confirmed, please correct it as fast as possible (makes it
difficoult to promote the product).

Kind regards

Ruediger Schultz

I just added this bug to the Issue tracking system in the Groove Developer
Workspace (for 2007 client), so let's see how this developes.

any answers we ever get in that space are from Hugh Pyle and related to 2007
tech issues - he is too far removed from day to day issues with usage of the
tool

have posted elsewhere here about efforts to get Laura Greer at beverly into
this forum / loop as before.

Can we expect any fix to this BUG?
It makes the Chat Tool unusable - so this is a major issue (although the
solution should be straight-forward).
So - please - Microsoft, deliver a fix as soon as possible.
