Bug report: update to Office 2003 SP2 causing problems.

I upgraded to Outlook 2003 SP2 and now the default reminder time on new
appointments is STUCK on 18 hours by default. In my options/settings, the
default is set to 15 minutes - but every time a new appt. is created, the
reminder field is populated with 18 hours.
