I have found a bug in Word 2003 at least but it could show in XP and 200:
If you start Outlook before you start word then plugins defined an an
autoexec Macro do not fire in word (example, install wordtoys from
www.wordtoys.com)
If you start word first then all plugins fire as they should.
Seeing that many people "live" in Outlook and run word when they need it, it
should be a priority to ensure that plugins work properly when you start
word with Outlook open.
