Build Crashing Access

Using the expression Builder in Access 2003 sometimes crashes Access.
This is a weird error for us and I'll but some history.

With an old laptop of mine i used to get this error 1 out of 20 times.
Not a bad rate, but when your work is based on Data Mining you tend to
use queries alot. First the Laptop got really slow, and then it
crashed lossing all unsaved data. It never happened on my partner's
Laptop.

Then he bought a new laptop, and i Inhereted his. I have never
received this error, yet, he is now constanlty receiving this error.

Has anybody had this experience, and is there a workaround/Reason/
Solution?

This is not a really bad bug, but its annoying when you lose 1/2 hour
of work every week.

You are much more forgiving that I. One out of 200 would be way too much.

Your database is corrupt or your install of Access has problems. Below are
some resources to check.
