Build team from Enterprise button - greyed out?

Hello all ,
I am not sure why the Build team from enterprise and
substitute resource button are both greyed out , as is
everything but the MS project server account and restore
enterprise global from the Enterprise option tool bar.

Can anyone suggest why ? is this at the proj 2002
professional level or at the server level ?

any assistance would be appreciated.

Renata:

This is the behavior one would expect when you open Project Professional
open without connecting to the Server. If you haven't already done so, you
need to create a Project Server account using the selection that is not
grayed out.

The cause of your problem is that you are not logged into Project Server
through Microsoft Project 2002. Follow the directions in the second section
of the following link and you will be on your way:
