Build Team from Enterprise

Hi,
I have installed the MS Project Web Access and I'm working
with the MS Project 2002 Professional.
There are some options of the menu that they are not
available as: Build Team from Enterprise, Resource
Substitution and others from the enterprise options.
I'm wonder how can I have them available.

Your problem is caused because you have not logged into Project Server
through Microsoft Project. Refer to the Resolution section in the page
