Building a "branching" switchboard

How do I create a switchboard with sub-switchboards/menuus that will allow me
to branch through ever increasing levels of complex data to get to a series
of records that summarize specific fields? I have three surveys directed to
different groups of people. Each survey has 40-50 questions. I have created
FORM(S) to enter the data and I have successfully create a test query that
extracts information about specific fields for specific records in each file.
I have even set the switchboard to correctly pulse the query with a
date-range inquiry so that a chart/graph is correctly displayed. HOWEVER, I
don't want 150 individual control buttons on the main switchboard in order to
pull specific data. I would like to have a single control button on the main
switchboard that says, "Anaylize data" which then brings up another
switchboard with the three main surveys listed. Click one of them and THEN
you get a complete lising of the questions/catagories on that specifc survey
and picking any one of them will bring up a single graph/chart. I can do it
for a single entry, but I can't seem to find documentation on how to create
"sub-switchboards." Can anyone help?

I just found the combobox in the TOOLS box. Thanks. Now all I have to do is
figure out how to link everything together.
