Building a custom view

I'm asking for any help I can get on the following. I have to
replicate an excel sheet in Project and/or PWA showing the following
fields:
Name of project, Number of consultants, number of employees, start
date, projected end date, Number of weeks, consultants total cost,
employees total cost and total project cost.
I would think PWA would be the best choice as I can get a view of all
projects at once, and that creating a view would also be the way to do
it, short of using portfolio analyzer, which I'm unfamiliar with. I
haven't been able to figure out which view would be best for this;
the project center view doesn't have any resource information fields
that I could see, and although the project view had resource fields, I
couldn't see the view I managed to build, wasn't sure where to go
for that (the only link asked for a sharepoint site that hadn't been
built.) I'm sure I could build formulas to create some of my fields
for the missing fields but would need help on that as well.

Thanks for any and all answers.

You'd want to use a tool like Crystal Reports or SQL Reporting Services to
get everything you want all in one place.

How about Portfolio Analyzer?
