Building a team in Project Pro 2007

I have my security templates set up so that Project Manager group can add
resources to a project plan in project pro 20078. However, when I login with
a user ID that is a member of the PK group, and try to add resources, I do
NOT see the resource pool. What is the cause of this and how can I correct
it?

Thanks,

It sounds like you have been messing around with the default permissions in
Groups and Categories in Project Server 2007. Assuming so, you will need to
do the following:

1. Log into PWA with administrator permissions.
2. Click Server Settings - Manage Groups.
3. Click the Project Managers group to edit it.
4. In the Categories section, select the My Organization category in the
list on the right (if it's not there, add it and then select it).
5. In the Resource section of the My Organization category grid, set the
Assign Resource permission and the View Enterprise Resource Data permission
to Allow.
6. Click the Save button.

Hope this helps.
