Building Industry Production Rate Database

Good Morning

I wish to estimate the number of workers required to complete a task, say
pour and level 100 cu m of concrete, or fix plumbing in a bathroom. Is there
any source of a production rate database for building industry that I can
refer to and make adjustment to suit, rather than guesstimate myself please?

The best source are the subbies you intend to use. Anything else is just a
guess based on averages from jobs where data was actually captured and
submitted. Until you get measured experience to base your schedules on your
own measures, you need to use the people actually doing the work. If they
don't know, you've hired the wrong people!!
