Bulk Email

Can anyone help me with bulk emailing. Need it for office purpose. I need to send different work related screenshot with different user. All of the time text and subject will be same. Value I need for different user is like "Hi Erik". Here 1st name will be changed for different user and other thing is the link for this screenshot. Text will be like this "Check your error in the given screenshot". Here there will be an anchor link on screenshot that will follow our server address.
Is it possible? I have heard there is a way to do this with help of excel, word and outlook.

Provided you've saved the screenshots to disk and you have a list (e.g. an Excel workbook) identifying what screenshots relate to which users, you could do all that with a mailmerge. See:
