bulk import e-mail addresses into Outlook?

How do I bulk import e-mail addreses without having to create individual
contacts?

What would be your source? If you have a properly formatted CSV file, for
example, FIle>Import and Export>Import from another program or file will do
what you want. You can also import from Excel or Access.
