Bulk Mail folder

Why when I open Outlook Express for hotmail, I see the bulk mail folder
listed. But when I open and use outlook 2003, my bulk mail folder is no where
to be found? Could you please tell me how to configure this to be shown using
outlook 2003?
I have been to the help menu, and microsoft website looking for information
about the bulk email folder and how to display it using outlook 2003. I have
found nothing. Could you please give some assistance?

If it's in Outlook Express, it's because either 1) you created it or 2) you
have an app installed (like Norton AntiSpam) that created it. Outlook
Express doesn't have a Bulk Mail folder. In Outlook 2003, it's called "Junk
E-mail" and it gets created when you enable the Junk Mail filter and it
finds something to put in the folder.
