Bullet boxes changed to symbols

For some reason, my bullet boxes on an order form I have
been using for some time have changed to some sort of a
stylized "p" symbol. How do I get my boxes back? Help!

Either you've lost the font that was used -- in which case re-install it; or
your bullet list galleries have been re-arranged or re-set, which seems to
happen randomly. Go to Format > Bullets and Numbering and correct it.
