bullet error

I created a powerpoint presentation and after I changed the design layout the
bullets don't appear whole. They are cut in half and look odd.
Does anyone know why this happened, and how to fix it?

How Did U figured it
Or what was the cause if u will let everyone know it could be helpful for
future users
